StakeBoard Privacy Policy 1. What we store. Your name, email, password (hashed), the projects and tasks you work on, your equity & profit-share records, and basic activity logs. 2. Why. To operate the service: authenticate you, show your work and stakes, send transactional emails (invites, password resets, agreement confirmations), and keep a record of agreements. 3. Acceptance records. When you accept an agreement we record the version, a hash of the exact text, the time, and your IP address and browser, and we email you a confirmation link — kept as a legal record of consent. 4. Sharing. We do not sell your data. Email is sent via our mail provider. We share data only as needed to run the service or where required by law. 5. Retention & your rights. Data is kept while your account is active and as needed for legal records. Contact a workspace admin to access or correct your information. 6. Security. Passwords are hashed; the equity ledger is tamper-evident. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
