StakeBoard Terms of Service 1. The service. StakeBoard provides project management with an equity & profit-share record. Use it only for lawful purposes and for the workspace you were invited to. 2. Your account. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and must notify an admin of any unauthorised use. 3. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other workspaces, and do not upload unlawful content. 4. Data. Workspace data belongs to the workspace owner. Admins manage members and content. The equity history is append-only by design. 5. No warranty / liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, StakeBoard is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of figures in the app. 6. Changes. We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to review and agree again before continuing to use the platform.
